By accessing or using the ProcureFlow website at procureflow.in and its sub-pages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about ProcureFlow’s procure-to-pay platform, lets you request a demo, and lets suppliers express interest in our network. Access to and use of the ProcureFlow platform itself is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Agreement — not by these Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful, informational and business-evaluation purposes only. You shall not: (a) misuse, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; (b) scrape, copy or republish Site content except as expressly permitted; (c) submit false, unlawful or infringing information; or (d) use the Site to transmit malware or for any unlawful purpose.
Information you submit through our forms (for example a demo request or supplier-interest enquiry) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Such submissions do not create any contract; a commercial relationship arises only under a signed Master Subscription Agreement and Order Form.
The Site, its content, design, logos and the “ProcureFlow” name are owned by ProcureFlow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable law. No right or licence is granted to you except to view the Site for its intended purpose.
The Site may link to third-party sites or services (for example our customer login, supplier portal, or hosting and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and their own terms apply.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for general information only, and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcureFlow shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and its total aggregate liability in connection with the Site is limited to INR 10,000.
Personal data collected through the Site is processed under our Privacy Policy, issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version with a new effective date; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Site.
